Zine Participation

Commissions Status: OPEN

Terms of service & process

Process:

  • Submit an application via my Google Form.

  • If you wish to order several pieces of artwork, please submit an application per artwork.

  • Applications are not first come first serve and are not automatically accepted due to limited slots.

  • I will email back every application with my decision regarding the commission.

  • If your application is not accepted due to limited slots, but I am still interested in working on it, I will email you to confirm if you would like me to add the commission to my waiting list, so you can be informed first thing when I have available slots again.

  • Accepted applications will receive an email with any questions I might have, as well as verifying the price.

  • Once all is verified, I will send you an invoice via PayPal.

  • Once the commission is complete, I will email you the completed image file(s) with and without a watermark.

Payment and Refunds:

  • Payment is done in Euros, through PayPal. Payment is done upfront, in full, before I have started sketching.

  • If I have not started working on your commission yet, you may request a full refund.

  • If I have not made it past the sketching phase, you may request a partial refund of 80%. Refunds for finished artwork or WIP artwork past the sketching phase are not available.

  • Additional costs may be added to the commission's base price, depending on complexity, which I will inform you of when verifying the price with you.

  • Large changes to the piece made during or after the line art phase will require additional payments, decided case by case depending on the particular changes.

  • I reserve the right to drop a commission at any point, in which case I will be issuing a full refund.

Usage:

  • You may use the artwork for any personal use and post it online, as long as I am credited (preferrably by linking back to one of my social media accounts or the piece itself).

  • Commissions for commercial use cost an additional 100% of my base price.

  • You may not use my artwork to train AI or make NFTs.

  • I retain the right to post completed artwork on my social media, personal websites, include them in my portfolio, etc. If you wish for me to hold off on posting publicly until a certain date (for example, if it is for commercial use or a holiday/birthday gift for someone), then you must discuss it with me before payment.

  • If you break any of my terms of service, I immediately gain full ownership of the artwork and you will be blacklisted. A refund will not be issued unless the work hasn't gone past the sketching phase, as per the Payment and Refunds section.

Won't draw:

  • Full nudity, NSFW or fetish artwork.

  • Heavy gore (but lighter gore content such as blood, scars, bruises and certain injuries, some body horror, etc. are fair game).

  • Actual living people, unless they are you or somebody you know. (VTuber avatars are fine)

  • Generally offensive or sensitive content, or anything I am similarly personally uncomfortable drawing.

  • If you are concerned about your order falling under any of these points, we can discuss.
